Rock Among Heroes is a concert series presented by Rock Forever Entertainment & sponsored by the United States Army “An Army of One.” This concert series is part of the “After Dark in the Park” events held at Balboa Park. Rock Among Heroes will feature 33 of Southern California’s finest performers and kicks off October 7, 2006 at 7:00 pm and runs until December 30, 2006. This all ages event will showcase three different acts on Saturday nights from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Rock Among Heroes will take place at the Veterans Museum and Memorial Center in beautiful Balboa Park and is located at 2115 Park Boulevard in San Diego, California. Located just minutes from downtown San Diego, the museum provides a dramatic backdrop to an awesome live show. Delicious foods, beverages, and merchandise are available at the event including vendors, exhibits, and displays.

Rock Among Heroes is accessible by freeways I-5, CA-163, & I-8. Ample parking is available and free. Rock Among Heroes is open to the public and tickets are $6.00 at the door or $5.00 with an advanced ticket from Rock Forever Entertainment. ROCK FOREVER ENTERTAINMENT

Rock Forever Entertainment is a California licensed concert promoter that specializes in Heavy Metal bands and any other bands, for that reason. We contract, arrange, and book entertainers, and organize the overall presentation, including video and CD productions. Our services include, but are not limited to, sponsorships, security, videography, auditions, ticket sales, media, and merchandising.

After having produced and promoted four successful concert productions in 2003, Richard Henley launched Rock Forever Entertainment. Pre-production on another California outdoor concert soon began as well as plans for a new outdoor event, Surfboards for Spinal Cords 2004 in Ocean Beach, California, which not only drew hundreds of fans, but got rave reviews and, most important, raised a ton of money for those with spinal cord injuries. They are also involved in Ride, Stride and Roll, a benefit for those homeless U.S soldiers.

Richard brings a lifetime of experience in music and management including working with some of the top bands in the nation. This has allowed him to create one of the best Southern California Concert Promoter that specialize in heavy metal music.
